Solution
The agency created a cognitive staffing solution that analyzes structured and unstructured data to provide a matching index. The index weighs quantitative factors, such as work experience, and qualitative characteristics, such as past performance. The system responds to natural language queries posed by staffing specialists, parsing out key concepts in the text to identify similar ideas expressed differently.
